It was truly a great moment of creative sociability and discussion on the future of comfort at the Diasen Summer Campus, which from 27 to 29 July 2022 saw the involvement of the entire organisation in an intense three days of both strategic elaboration and brainstorming and team building experiences.


Prof. Gabriele Micozzi of the Department of Management and Industrial Organisation of the LUISS Business School opened the three-day event with a Team Management activity focused on how to build a responsible and winning team.

The day of 28 July was divided into two appointments: a Technical Upgrade in which the sales and marketing team was informed and trained on the main innovations in the area of Research and Development, on the status of certifications, and on some technical strengths that can express commercial and communication potential within the framework of the great theme that dominated the discussion: the comfort of the future and the future of comfort.

The afternoon activity focused on the commercial and marketing activities to be put in place for the next quarter. The very long day of discussion, punctuated by intense rhythms, ended with a nice tasteful interlude: a rich Company BBQ accompanied by music and local products, which found a moment of shared emotion with the delivery of the thank-you plaques to the employees who have been working within the Diasen community for more than ten years.

The final day was entirely dedicated to team building, with a nautical adventure along the coasts of the Monte Conero Park, which involved the technical and sales teams in an experience of closeness, collaboration, fun and friendship.

 

The CEO of Diasen Diego Mingarelli commenting on the results and the collective passion of the Diasen Summer Campus, he emphasised the future-oriented thrust of this initiative: “This three-day event had one purpose: to project our sights on the future of the company in order to better prepare ourselves for new challenges, through the contamination of people, ideas and teams. By sharing we always come out stronger, more united and more dedicated to success”.
