Costruire Mediterraneo, a philosophy of living comfort involving more than 800 professionals from all over Italy. The webinar was held in the Teatro Massimo in the splendid frame of the city of Cagliari. The initiative aimed to provide valid architectural aspects related to the innovative use of traditional materials, as well as exquisitely technical ones, including issues related to the prevention of damage and deterioration that building structures can suffer. A special focus “on thermal and acoustic insulation”, one of the main themes that touch on aspects of both Mediterranean construction and the climatic conditions typical of the Mediterranean area.
The training event ‘BUILDING MEDITERRANEAN WITH SUSTAINABLE AND INNOVATIVE INSULATING MATERIALS’ was attended by Diasen CEO Diego Mingarelli and many institutional figures including: Sandro Coatta, President of the Order of Engineers of Cagliari; Michele Casciu, President of the Order of Architects of Cagliari and province; Daniela Ducato, President of Fondazione Territorio Italia; Gianni Massa – Deputy Vice-President of the National Council of Engineers Rising damp and mould; Barbara Porru, President of the Cagliari Provincial Industrial Consortium Cork and green building.
