Diathonite Evolution was used to refurbish Greys Mallory building in Leamington Spa. The property is a grade II listed building that is being refurbished after a terrible fire in 2010. The house was built in 1904 and is credited as the inspiration for the better known Mallory Court, which is near Bishops Tachbrook and was built in 1914. Diathonite was applied to all outside walls to give a thermal uplift. Walls were finished, as were all internal walls and ceilings, with lime putty finish.
