Project Details

This five-bedroomed Edwardian terraced family home has undergone substantial renovation: internal wall insulation; floor insulation; air-tight windows; roof insulation; tanking and insulation of cellar; energy.

Methodology

The internal walls were fitted with 100mm cork thermal plaster internal wall insulation, Diathonite Evolution. The cellar was ‘tanked’ (given a waterproof lining) to prevent rising damp with WATstop and the walls were insulated with cork thermal plaster Diathonite Evolution. The plaster was finally coated internally with Argacem Neutral.
