Often the rising dampness affects walls on which, for various reasons, it is not possible to work with materials that create substantial modifications to their appearance. In such situations, the only solution is represented by the realization of a chemical cut to the rising dampness.
This technique involves the injection of a water repellent resin into the bottom of the wall, able to expand itself uniformly throughout the entire depth of the wall. Once dry, these resins are able to stop the rising dampness, filling all the pores of the masonry and of the bedding mortar. In this way it's possible to create a barrier to the dampness without altering the original appearance of the treated wall.
