Diasen wins "Good Energy Award 2012"
Presented in Milan the prestigious award that highlights the commitment of companies active in ecosustainable building sector and energy saving. An acknowledgment to sustainability, innovation and efficiency undertaken by Diasen for over twenty years.
The Good Energy Award designed by Grant Thornton Bernoni & Partners, is dedicated to producers and manufacturers of systems for the renewable energy sector, in order to identify Italian excellence in this area. The award dedicated to virtuous businesses in the areas of renewable energy and saving, has received the support of the Ministry of Environment.The prize, funded with the support of Bosch, Energetic Source and Hera, boasts numerous scientific partners including GSE - Manager of Energy Services, an active body in the promotion and encouragement of renewable sources in Italy.
Diasen, winner in the Constructor category, has been recognized and rewarded as an innovative company that has always focused on research and development, quality and innovative products and a solid group of young people. This represents an important award for Diasen as the company has focused investment and research into the development of green-oriented products with significant impact on energy savings in housing and the consequent reduction in CO2 emissions. The jury particularly liked the range of environmentally friendly cork based plasters Diathonite and the ultra reflective ceramic-based coating Oriplast Reflex.
An important award for our dynamic company led by Diego Mingarelli who said: "Receiving this important award reinforces our belief that we are going the right way. We are a highly innovative company, rooted in our territory and that continually invests in developing new environmentally friendly solutions that at the same time ensuring the welfare of buildings, energy saving and environmental protection."
Besides Diasen, two other companies have won this prestigious award: Loccioni Group from Angeli di Rosora (Ancona) for the Producer category thanks to Leaf Community, the first eco-sustainable community in Italy, where it is possible to work in efficient buildings and where they produce energy from renewable sources; and New Twins from Trento for the Energy Efficiency category.
