Asbestos encapsulation system
The first part of the video shows the application of Eposint primer, applied directly on the asbestos surface by air-less, in one hand. This application allows to obtain a perfect impregnation, and thus the preparation of the fibrous surface of the asbestos plates.
Once Eposint coat is dry, the first coat of the encapsulating coating Verplast has been applied, to which was added orange coloured pigment. This procedure is intended to highlight, after application, any deterioration of Verplast coat, and thus allows to intervene with a coat of Verplast to restore. The first Verplast coat was applied by airless. Once the first coat of Verplast was dry, it has been applied the second an last one, again using airless. The second coat of Verplast was spread of white colour, covering the first layer of orange colour.
